The Art of Leadership Communication: How to Communicate Effectively to your Team for Greater Productivity
We all know that effective communication is important in our personal lives, but all too often we underestimate just how important it is in business as well. It’s no secret that poor communication practices negatively affect a company’s bottom line, which can show up in the form of decreased innovation, alignment and productivity. It can also have a significant emotional toll on all staff leading to unhealthy workplace culture and damaging levels of morale. In fact, studies show that companies with highly effective internal communication strategies demonstrated by leadership result in 47% higher returns than companies with poor internal strategies. This workshop focuses on developing a fundamental understanding of what effective communication is and introduces methods and techniques leaders can incorporate into their day to day operations to communicate more effectively to improve their team’s functionality and dynamic.
