After starting our day with a full stomach and a hot beverage, we paid tribute to our five award recipients and welcomed our keynote speakers, IMI International’s Don Mayo and NextWave’s Sarah Stovold. The morning’s agenda begun with some opening remarks, then slid into the moment many of were waiting for… the reveal of our five lucky winners across the following foodservice industry award categories: Community Service; Most Innovative Product – Technology Category and Food & Beverage Category and Outstanding Industry Contribution – Supplier/ Vendor Category and Chef/Owner/Operator Category.
